UCIGC Constitution

To further common purposes, the members agree to organize under this Constitution

The general purposes for which this organization is formed are to operate exclusively for such charitable, civic, social and educational purposes as will qualify it as an exempt organization under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or corresponding provision(s) of any subsequent federal tax laws, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations which qualify as tax-exempt organizations under that code.

This organization shall not, as a substantial part of its activities, carry on any political activities in conflict of its Objectives, as stated in this Constitution.
